Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of ainner.club and your purchase and use of AI Creator Academy, Viral Prompts, and related digital materials offered by AINNER CIRCLE.

Last updated · August 12, 2026

01

Who these terms are between

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and AINNER CIRCLE (“AINNER”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the provider of the website and digital educational products described here.

By using the website or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a product.

02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you purchase for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

03

Products and access

AINNER provides digital education, prompt libraries, community access, updates, and related downloadable or online materials. Product contents are described on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the purchased product is actively maintained and offered by AINNER, not the lifetime of any individual. We may reorganize, replace, or update materials while preserving the core value of the product.

04

Payments

Prices are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed by Tribute or another checkout provider shown at purchase. That provider may collect payment, identity, and transaction data under its own terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, currency conversion, and third-party AI tool subscriptions unless the sales page expressly says otherwise.

05

Personal-use licence

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning and creative work.

  • Do not share logins or paid materials.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, copy, publish, scrape, or distribute the course, library, prompts, or community content.
  • Do not use the materials to create a competing course, prompt library, membership, or database.

You retain rights in original work you create, subject to the terms of any AI tools, media, brands, or third-party assets you use.

06

Acceptable use

You may not use the website, products, or community for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity; to bypass access controls; to interfere with the service; or to impersonate another person. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach without limiting other rights available to us.

07

Education, AI, and outcomes

The products are educational and do not provide legal, financial, tax, employment, or investment advice. AI tools change frequently and may produce inaccurate, infringing, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing output and complying with platform rules, advertising law, intellectual-property law, disclosure requirements, and any client agreement.

We do not guarantee views, revenue, clients, employment, platform approval, or any particular outcome. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

08

Refunds

Refund eligibility and the process for requesting one are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

09

Third-party services

The website and products may link to or depend on Tribute, Telegram, Vercel, AI platforms, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for a third party’s availability, pricing, policy changes, data practices, or output.

10

Intellectual property

AINNER’s website, branding, curriculum, text, videos, prompts, layouts, and original materials are owned by or licensed to AINNER and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited licence stated above.

11

Availability and changes

We may update the website, curriculum, tools, community format, delivery method, or these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material changes will apply prospectively and the updated date will appear on this page. We may interrupt access temporarily for maintenance or events outside our reasonable control.

12

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AINNER is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability connected with a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them.

13

Governing rules and disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable to AINNER’s provision of the service, without removing mandatory protections available to you as a consumer in your country. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. A dispute may be brought in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
