Refund Policy

AINNER products are digital and access is normally delivered immediately. This policy explains when we can review a refund or resolve an access problem.

01

Digital delivery

AI Creator Academy, Viral Prompts, and related materials are digital products. Access may be delivered immediately through Tribute, Telegram, a community, or another online service. By completing a purchase and opening or using the materials, you ask us to begin digital delivery immediately.

02

When to contact us

Please contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
  • you paid but did not receive the access described at checkout;
  • a material technical problem prevents access and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time; or
  • the product was materially different from its description at the time of purchase.
03

Change of mind

Because digital materials can be accessed, viewed, copied, or downloaded immediately, a change of mind, lack of use, dissatisfaction with an AI tool, or failure to achieve a hoped-for result does not automatically qualify for a refund after access has been delivered or used. We will still honour any refund or cancellation right that applicable consumer law requires.

04

How to request a review

Email ainner_circle@icloud.com with the subject “Refund request” and include:

  • your name and the contact used at checkout;
  • the product and purchase date;
  • the Tribute order, transaction, or payment identifier;
  • a short explanation and, for access issues, a screenshot if available.

Do not send a full payment-card number or identity document by ordinary email.

05

Review and outcome

We aim to acknowledge complete requests within 5 business days. We may first restore access, replace a defective file, or provide the missing material. If a refund is approved, it will normally be sent through the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times are outside our control.

06

Checkout-provider rules

Payments are processed through Tribute or the provider shown at checkout. Refund mechanics can depend on the payment method and provider rules. Tribute documents creator-initiated refunds for eligible digital-product purchases; card issuer, bank, Telegram, Apple, or Google rules may also apply. AINNER cannot promise a payment-provider outcome it does not control.

07

Access after a refund

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, access to the relevant product, updates, downloads, and community may be revoked. You must stop using and delete downloaded materials where reasonably possible.

08

Statutory rights

This policy does not exclude or limit rights that cannot be waived under the consumer law that applies to you. If a mandatory rule conflicts with this policy, the mandatory rule prevails.
