01

Who controls your information

AINNER CIRCLE is responsible for the personal information it processes for its website and products. For privacy requests, email ainner_circle@icloud.com.

02

Information we may receive

  • Contact information: your name, email, Telegram username, and the content of messages you send.
  • Purchase information: product, payment status, amount, date, transaction or order identifier, and access status received from the checkout provider. AINNER does not directly receive your full payment-card number.
  • Usage information: pages, referrer, approximate location, browser, device, and events such as checkout clicks in aggregated or pseudonymous form.
  • Preference information: the temporary Academy welcome-offer deadline stored in your browser.
  • Community information: profile details, posts, work, and feedback you choose to share in an AINNER community.
03

How we collect it

Information comes from you when you contact us or participate in a community; from Tribute or another provider when you purchase; and automatically through the website’s hosting, security logs, and privacy-focused analytics.

04

How we use information

  • Deliver purchased products and verify access.
  • Answer support, payment, and pre-purchase questions.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and products.
  • Measure page performance and understand aggregated product interest.
  • Enforce our terms, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
  • Send product or service messages you requested. Marketing messages, where used, will include a way to opt out.
05

Legal bases

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting AINNER, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

06

Analytics and browser storage

AINNER uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page, referrer, device, and approximate-location statistics. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and resets its visitor-identification hash after 24 hours.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand page navigation, clicks, scroll depth, interaction with videos and calls to action, and usability issues through heatmaps and session playback. Clarity masks input content, numbers, and email addresses by default. AINNER does not intentionally send names, message contents, payment-card data, or checkout email addresses to analytics services.

Advertising storage for Clarity is disabled. Where analytics storage requires consent, Clarity operates in limited cookieless mode unless you choose “Allow analytics.” Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. The site also stores a first-party preference for the temporary Academy welcome-offer deadline.

Microsoft generally retains Clarity session playback for 30 days and aggregated click and heatmap data for up to 9 months. Vercel Hobby analytics has a one-month reporting window. Browser preferences remain until they expire, you clear them, or you change your choice.

07

Service providers and sharing

We share only what is reasonably necessary with providers that help operate AINNER, including:

  • Tribute, for checkout, transaction processing, and digital-product delivery;
  • Vercel, for hosting, security, Web Analytics, and performance measurement;
  • Microsoft, for Clarity behavioral analytics, heatmaps, and consent-controlled session playback;
  • Telegram and email providers, when you communicate with us or access community content;
  • professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties where required by law, needed to protect rights, or connected with a business reorganisation.

We do not sell your personal information.

08

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on contractual safeguards, adequacy decisions, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Third-party providers are also responsible for their own compliance.

09

Retention

We retain purchase and transaction records for as long as needed to provide access and meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably useful for the request and related records. Browser preferences expire or can be deleted by you. Retention may be extended for an active dispute or legal requirement.

10

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority.

Send requests to ainner_circle@icloud.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity and retain information that law requires us to keep.

11

Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive payment or identity data through ordinary email or Telegram messages.

12

Children

AINNER products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

13

Third-party links

Links to Tribute, Telegram, AI tools, social platforms, and other websites are governed by those services’ privacy policies. This policy does not control their independent processing.

14

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website, providers, or law change. The latest version and date will remain on this page. Questions or requests can be sent to ainner_circle@icloud.com.
